Dr. Victor (Vic) Casad is a retired elder in the United Methodist Church.He retired from active ministry in 2021 after thirty-eight years in the North Texas Conference.

 After receiving his MDiv degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Vic came back to the North Texas Conference and served Valley View UMC, Farmersville UMC, Aldersgate UMC in Carrollton, Christ UMC in Farmers Branch, and Stonebridge UMC in McKinney. His last appointment was for eight years as the District Superintendent of the East District of the North Texas Annual Conference. Vic received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Perkins School of Theology in 1994. Vic has recently served as an Intentional Interim Pastor at Bells UMC and Northgate UMC in Irving and a new church start, Market Street UMC, in Mabank.

Vic is married to Mary Brooke Casad. They have two adult sons and three grandchildren. After retiring Vic and Mary Brooke moved to Richardson.
