The day begins with a light breakfast and free center activities. Breakfast is followed by RoundUp! In RoundUp the weekly theme and the fun activities happening that day will be discussed. The morning continues with a brief devotional focusing on kindness, and music. Throughout the day, the children will engage in science, art, cooking, games, and free play.

Reminder: No toys can be brought from home. If your child brings a blanket or pillow, the items must be placed in a bag and left until Friday. These items can not go home on a daily basis.

The purpose of the New World Church School-Age Summer Program is to provide an outstanding program for elementary students. This program is provided under the auspices of New World United Methodist Church and is seen as an outreach of ministry and mission for our own congregation and the people in our community.

The NW Summer Program strives to meet the needs of the children as individuals by offering a variety of interesting, enriching experiences and opportunities for play or quiet relaxation in a positive, loving atmosphere.

The Before and After School Care summer program focuses on weekly themes--arts and crafts, music, clubs, and field trips. Hopefully Field Trips will return this year. These are schedules on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. CDC and Health and Human Services guidelines will be followed at all times.
Morning breakfast and afternoon snacks are provided. There are opportunities for free time with games, drama, and other pastimes as the child’s interest dictates. Most importantly, the center staff will assure each child has an adult with whom he/she can have a supportive, caring relationship.
We want to be of assistance and support to you and your child. It is our hope that we can make his/her summer experience fun and valuable. Please share with us any concerns or needs your child has. Be assured that your child’s well-being is of the utmost importance to us.
