I was delighted, the other day when Pastor Darlene called to talk about her plans for the backpack and school supply drive. She reminded me that despite the fact that we are not meeting in person— we can still do the work of the church. Helping kids and parents navigate the school year is an important way to connect with our neighbors and offer them the hope of Christ.

Even though we can’t be together physically right now, this is what the Church looks like. It’s possible because of your hearts to serve and your generosity.

Church isn’t canceled. God’s love isn’t canceled. Serving isn’t canceled.
